Last night, as a result of facebook, I connected with an old high school friend. He is currently involved in research regarding the toxins and the immune response if the body. In brief summary, he suggested that Omega 3 is good for you, red meat is not so good for you and making fruits a part of your long term diet would be a good idea.
Total Wellness includes nutritional supplementation, to compliment healthy choices and to protect against the toxic environment that nearly all of us are succeptable to. Omega Green+DHA is derived from plant sources, relieving a person from the increased stress and toxicity caused by fish harvesting. The drawback with typical omega supplements is that they are derived from fish oils. Toxic materials are increasingly being reported in various species that are used. In addition, harvesting fish for their omega-rich oils is not environmentally sound. The required processing also results in oxidation, which diminishes the amount of omega acids available and can hasten the spoilage of this material.
In contrast, the source material for Kenzen Omega Green + DHA, cranberry seed oil, flax seed oil and red algae, is easily sustainable. Obtaining omega fatty acids from these flora does not produce the oxidation that occurs with piscine oils.
When I am looking for a solution from a company that takes Wellness seriously and stays in step with the best research and practices, I look to Nikken.
Incredible!
To your health,
Graham

Incredible!
I am figuring all of the capabilities of the iPhone and how much easier and incredibly more enjoyable it is to use than my previous Mobile PC phones. The power of this phone is nothing short of amazing! So, here is my first mobile post!

Everything is so easy...
Tonight, I've e-filed my taxes and I must say that it was the easiest filing of my life! Can the internet keep getting more and more easy to use? I suspect so. Already, so much promise has come of it that I am ceaselessly impressed. For my filing, I went to Intuit's TurboTax where they were able to grab my W-2 information for me directly from ADP.
The feeling for me is one of freedom. Even if I could argue against myself, digging up Big Brother fears, etc... it seems that technology today really is making life easier, contrary to a few years ago when tasks that should have been easier with computers seemed more difficult and more of a hassle.
How times are changing...
Peace,
Graham

Free Web-Collaboration
Once again, I am left asking if there is anything that can't be done on the internet... for free? On a personal level, it's pretty incredible the amount of technology made available for your use. Many of these companies offer paid services, but the meat is typically on the bone when it comes to functionality for the average user.
One example of this is Yugma... a creator of web collaboration software. For the network marketer on the internet, this free tool can provide you with a resource for team training, meetings and demonstrations.
Take a look at it and write me regarding what you might use it for...

Graham

Rise of the Author
Mark Joyner's "essay" on the Rise of the Author has been an easy and intelligent read for me and I can highly recommend you track down a copy. One way would be to contact me and I'll be happy to email you an unaltered copy of the PDF.

Apple iPhone SDK
The iPhone Software Development Kit, or SDK, announcement on March 6 was pretty spectacular and it points to a mighty future for the iPhone, the Mac OS and the capability of the Web 2.0 marketing warrior.
The keynote address is entertaining and you should give it a viewing here.

Surprised...
Okay, I admit it... if I were there, I probably wouldn't be breaking this ground either... but, today Nikken is revealing another product as part of their Wellness Home offerings and I am surprised that word of what the product is can't be found yet on the internet... I've opted to not make the 4 hour drive to my nearest product launch event and was hoping to learn what it is... and, when you log in and see how many easy ways there are to blog about something like this, I was surprised that simple searches didn't reveal any news. Don't any Nikken Independent Consultants use an iPhone or any other phone they could post from?
Ahh... yet another frontier to be approached.
Peace,
Graham

Do you Squidoo?
Squidoo, and their Lens, is an interesting component to add to an online marketing arsenal. I had heard of Squidoo, but only recently began using it. One aspect that I found intriguing is that it taps into, or purports to, aspects of web design that Google uses to scan the web for interesting search content. Another is that it provides daily rankings of your Squidoo Lens and coaches you on ways to improve your ranking through SquidU. So, you can continue to tweak your site and see your ranking improve. This I consider to be a direct path towards real eyeballs looking at your lens (and not just you!).

Voice and the SL Wellness Preview!
I finally did it! I gave my Wellness Preview to a small audience (of 1!) last night and the results were spectacular. In the last week, relevant business content has been added to the product discussion... Why didn't I lead with the business right away? Shyness is probably one reason; another would be that it's taken time in my schedule to get this presentation composed and just writing up the product side of the presentation was consuming enough. It also provided me with what I needed to begin sharing in Second Life. Like Mike Litman says, you don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going!
Last night, I shared my presentation with someone for the second time. It was his first time reading the business portion of the presentation and we both found that adding voice gave us a chance to discuss things in addition to the core, scripted text presentation. We both clicked on and followed a particular link together, regarding a product offering that wasn't in the presentation. This level of interactivity was in real-time, supplanting the physical (and costly) distribution of literature, or having to wait until after the meeting.

Second Life Wellness Previews
It's been a little more than one year since I entered into Second Life and what a wild ride that's been! My original inspiration was a talk given by Phil Rosedale, Linden Labs founder, asking the question "What happens when we digitize everything?" I was intrigued and since then, you could say I've become something of an SL fan, having spent sometime there nearly everyday. I've made really great friendships there... and while it's caused some real life friction from time to time, I'd say that I wouldn't change anything. Despite all the dancing and goofing off that's gone on, there is still an underlying feeling that we're there for the dawn of a new internet age, and not just part of some game. Evidence of that, in my case, is the fact that I've been giving a business presentation to people in SL on a fairly regular basis... probably 25 people have sat through it and the acceptance of the message and format has been awesome.
I continue to modify the presentation, and it's probably due for a more major overhaul now that I've gotten fresh feedback and ideas. Tonight, I gave my first 'voice' presentation... until now, the presentations have been text, including hyperlinks, matched to some visual aids. Look forward to the introduction of some new topics in the presentation, links to this blog and an auto-responder email that will go on to explain more information to folks about the business.
What's the aim? Well, I want to let people know about this great company, I want to deliver information regarding the business opportunity, I want to use the tools of the internet to do it, bringing lifestyle into the equation; in this case, the wireless lifestyle that Apple, Inc. focused on heavily at this week's MacWorld convention, with the introduction of the MacBook Air.
Okay, that's it for now...
Peace,
Graham

Overload!
Haha! I am subscribed to so many email mailing lists that tonight, after a long day out and about, finally arriving home shortly after 10 p.m., I couldn't even begin to think of what action to take. Since it is so easy to post to this blog, this is a 'note to self' telling me to consider weeding my email garden some. Google does a good job filtering spam, so I believe if I do some unsubscribing it will be honored. Information (mailing) overload!
